Historic Home Renovation
The renovation of this 2500 square foot French Tudor in Pontiac, Michigan was a labor of love – for both us and the millennial homeowner whose vision was extraordinary. Besides the structural and mechanical work that was required, we were also tasked with bringing a modern flair into a 100-year-old home. We did this by opening up walls, blending original woodwork with custom woodwork, and boldly incorporating exposed brick and plaster and posts where they were least expected. This home belongs in a magazine and is a Kendall Design Build point of pride.
